An article describing capacity development activities being carried out by DESL project has been published in several local media in Vietnam and Myanmar. The article introduces the need of education development in energy efficient and smart lighting in Vietnam and Myanmar, describes the aim and objectives, and presents expected outcomes of the project.

Proposed actions and activities to achieve the intended objectives and outcomes of the project are also presented. The article has been published in local language in both countries.
